What Is WRAP
WRAP is an acronym that means Wellness Recovery Action Plan.
The program was created by Mary Ellen Copland, PhD to help individuals with a variety of mental health issues monitor uncomfortable and distressing feelings and behaviors through a plan developed by the participants. Discover your own simple, safe wellness tool by developing and following the steps below:

- Develop Your Daily Maintenance Plan
- Recognize Your Triggers
- Recognize Early Warning Signs that you may be getting worse, but still are in control
- Create A Crisis Plan
- Develop Your Post Crisis Plan
